The property was well-maintained and the overall staff was courteous, especially the kitchen team who provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the manager at the reception. He seemed unfamiliar with the correct GST values and was quite rude during our interaction. I would recommend the owner to ensure the front desk staff is better trained in both customer service and basic billing knowledge, as it's important to treat clients with respect in hospitality I guess.

cleaning could be better - no breakfast buffet - restaurant cleaning could be much much better, flowers not watering are dying ;

Location was decent

The place is way dirtier than in the pictures. Bathrooms are disgusting and rooms are small, with only 2 working power sockets in each room. Not worth the price, bad value for money

it was clean and comfortable, felt safe for a solo traveller. food was nice and staff were nice.

Wifi is terrible. If you don't need to use it often then you will be fine, as someone who works online and I was traveling alone it was a big frustration. They also wouldn't let me pay on my card which was a huge inconvenience for me as I get charged extra to withdraw money from atm / had to walk there. They also tried to give me the wrong change when I paid in cash
