the location is great, also the room is spacious enough

We were only informed that we have to pay 20 euros late arrival fee after 10pm on the date of arrival. It is fine to charge as extra fee due to late arrival, but would be nicer if they can inform us after we made the booking, I have made different bookings of Airbnb/ hotel on different platforms before, it is the first time we are contacted regarding extra fee on the date of arrival… it is too late to adapt our trip schedule/ booking at that point

Location was good. Room was spacious and had everything you need

If checking in after 6pm there is an additional charge of €15

Pisa is a quiet city and this apartment is on the 4th floor overlooking the River Arno which made it rather peaceful and relaxing. It is within walking distance of Pisa Centrale Station, the airport and plenty of bars/restaurants in the city. The host was there on my arrival and spoke English which was appreciated. There was a fridge which had a complimentary bottle of water which I appreciated after walking from the airport. Would recommend for solo traveller or couple.

The lift was audible from my bed but luckily the residents didn't come home after 9pm It is not obvious of the correct location once you 1st turn up, as it is in an apartment complex and no obvious signage. Perhaps a photo of the building/front door would be helpful (although might be for privacy reasons). Host did try calling me but i was walking from the airport and hadn't set my phone up for EU yet. Luckily the host opened the door just after i arrived to save the day :)

Good location Comfortable bed

The shower is small. The forniture is a little bit overused Coffee machine didnt works Take care about the checkin time. Is only between 15 to 18h. If you arrive out of this time they charge you a 20% of extra fee. No information about this extra charge is on the web.

The location it is perfect, not in the crowded touristic side and just a few minutes walking from all the famous places to visit around. The view from the apartment it is very nice, exactly like in the pictures, lovely to wake up with that view.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Close to the center, river view, quiet at night, clean. Coffee and tea waiting for you 😁 Everything was great. Thank you!

Very convenient location and very helpful host.

Although there is a fridge, which means guests can be expected to have a basic meal inside the flat, there were no kitchen utensils; only a coffee machine, one coffee spoon and 4 plastic coffee cups; no kettle, no tea, just 2 coffee capsules.

Very central location, close to the center and everything in easy reach. Friendly and uncomplicated owner.
