Location is great: 10 mins by walk to Pisa Centrale Stazione, 5 mins to different cafes, about 25 mins by walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa. The host is so welcoming and caring, also helped me when I forgot souvenir in refrigerator after checkout.

Bathroom was a little unusual for me because sink was outside of it. I'd like to have some little table in the bathroom. Also I think some people may find the shower quite small, but for me it was ok.
