It would be nice if the bed and mattress were a bit newer.

The property is very dated and in need of refurb and deep clean . There is no phone signal and the WiFi doesn’t work at all

The staff is really friendly, and the location is close to the Kataragama Devalaya. The rooms are okay (I stayed in the Superior Family Room), but I wish they could improve the bathroom quality.

I wish they had done proper cleaning before handing over to the customer. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. They should also consider installing new doors for the rooms. If they can improve these small areas, it would be a really good value for a budget friendly hotel.

Everything Someone tried to open our room. We found some insects in our bathroom. During the night someone talked all night and the street was very noisy. Windows and door are unusable. The beds and the pillows are very uncomfortable. General cleaning needs to be reviewed

The food was excellent, and the portions were larger than we expected. The staff were very helpful and kind at all times. The rooms were close to each other, just as we requested, and they were spotless.

The door was broken, so we had to move to another room, which was smaller and had fewer facilities than the first one. The signal inside the room was poor. There was no water in the morning, so we were a little late because we had to wait for it.
