The location and food were good, and the room amenities were satisfactory. However, there is still room for improvement in overall service and maintenance to enhance the guest experience.

The phone number listed on your website and on Google did not work, which made it very difficult to contact the hotel management for important pre check-in details. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress before my arrival. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that accurate and working contact information is provided going forward. The door lock was not functioning properly, which may pose a safety risk. I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible to ensure the security of guests.
