Dongdaemun Karrot Hostel

位置很熱鬧，去機場搭巴士方便。

隔音比較不好，樓上沒有電梯，行李不方便，沒有先告知。

Great location, close to a lot of buses and the metro. It was also walking distance to Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), Cheonggyecheon Stream, the famous Gwangjang Market and a starting point to the Seoul City Wall Hike. Also pretty close in metro to the two biggest palaces in Seoul. Location is its main point. Air condition works well, and it has unlimited access to toiler paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. You can also use washer/drier for free (but you have to buy your own detergent).

The rooms need extensive upkeep. Although the mattresses themselves are good, the beds are very flimsy and broke apart easily (if you are heavier in terms of weight, this place might not be for you). I saw some insects in the shower at one point. Since this is a hostel, don't expect constant clean up, is more or less on you to keep your room tidy and in good order, you take your own trash yourself. Also something to get used to is that instead of normal towels, they provide a bunch of small ones (but you can keep changing them, so it's in a way more hygienic). If you are a younger traveler this is a good option to save some money, and I might go again on my own. But since I was with my parents and they were a bit older, they struggled a bit with these "comfort" things.

L'emplacement dans Séoul. Très bien situé. Quartier populaire central et agréable proches des commerces (plusieurs grands marchés) et des temples. Personnel très agréable. Chambre avec une fenêtre. Rapport qualité prix très correct pour une chambre avec 3 lits au centre de Séoul, bien qu'un peu vétuste.

Fenêtre mal insonorisé . Prévenir que l'ascenseur ne monte pas jusqu'à la chambre et que le ménage n'est fait que tous les 5 jours. 1 multiprise en mauvais état. Peinture de la salle de bain qui s'écaille un peu. Serviettes de bain un peu petites.

・東大門にも近く歩いて広蔵市場に行けるのが良かった ・中部市場もバスを使えば近い ・地下鉄1号線は徒歩4分で好立地 ・ベッドが清潔 ・ドライヤーの風圧良かった ・たまたま2階の部屋だったためエレベーターのみで移動できた ・タオルが部屋にたくさんあった ・窓は小さいが環境はできる 4泊5日の1人渡韓でしたが急遽1泊分予約しないといけなくなりこちらにお世話になりました。メッセージのやり取りも返事が返ってこない時もありましたが比較的にスムーズでした。 帰国日にチェックアウトだったので広蔵市場に歩いて行ける点はとてもよかったです。おかげで日曜日の混む前にたどり着けました！ 家族や友達と泊まるにはうーんって感じですが1人なら十分です！館内は禁煙ですが入口でて左側の大きな鉢があるとこで喫煙OKとのことでした。

・シャワールームが全体的にボロボロ、匂いが少しキツイ ・冷蔵庫がいつの？ってくらい古くて不衛生ぽかった ・周辺が風俗街ですが明るい時間帯は大丈夫そう ・部屋に置いてあるティッシュが取り出しにくい ・駅までの道がガタガタなため大きいキャリー持っている人は少ししんどい ・隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえる

ホテルの方がとても親切でした

細い路地にあるホテルでしたが、場所がわかりにくかったです 洗濯機が故障中だったらしく、フロント周辺に洗濯前のシーツやタオルが山積みになっていました

Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de varios puntos turísticos y conectado con todo con colectivos y subte. Hay muchos mercados, tiendas de conveniencia, tiendas de ropa, farmacias, puestos de comida en la calle y locales de comida de todo tipo. También está el mercado de telas, accesorios para costura, artesanías, bijouterie, etc, que son 4 edificios conectados con varios pisos. Además está cerca de la zona de shoppings con todo tipo de productos para elegir, el Dongdaemun Design Plaza y la puerta de Heunginjimun. El encargado Sam muy atento, con excelente nivel de inglés, incluso me ayudó a comprar una laptop y también a pedir comida por delivery. Aconsejo leer detenidamente la descripción del hostel, yo tenía diferentes expectativas pero cuando llegué volví a leer la descripción y en realidad estaba todo detallado.

El lugar queda dentro de una galería y se entra por un callejón muy pequeño, al principio no me gustó pero después terminé acostumbrándome y la verdad que era todo muy seguro. La habitación era pequeña y no había mucho espacio para poner equipaje y otras cosas, no había ventanas ni en la habitación ni el baño y se sentía olor a humedad. Por suerte había aire acondicionado. En la descripción dice que el lugar tiene cocina compartida pero es solo un microondas y dispenser de agua caliente y fría. Tampoco había toallones, solo toallas de mano. Por eso aconsejo leer bien la descripción porque todo esto está detallado, solo que yo leí "cocina compartida" y pensé que habría pileta para lavar, utensilios, hornallas, pava eléctrica, etc. Tampoco había reparado en que no iba a haber toallones. No hay cortina de ducha ni mampara, y para ducharte te dan ojotas antideslizantes. No estoy segura pero creo que la heladera que está dentro de la habitación se apagaba cuando te ibas. Por el precio estuvo bien, pero no volvería, sentí un poco de claustrofobia.

Idéalement situé près des transports en commun et dans un quartier vivant. Chambre correcte pour 1 personne (un peu petit si vous venez a 2). Machine a laver et seche linge a disposition, c'est un très gros avantage. Proximité immédiate du bus pour l'aéroport ! L'hôte est très agréable et parle très bien anglais ce qui facilite la communication.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le lit etait beaucoup trop dur.
