Отсутствие лифта. При заселении был обговорен момент предоставления сухого пайка, т.к. выезд был в 4 утра, по итогу никакого сухого пайка или завтрака не было предоставлено. Более того, новый рецепционист работающий ночью, был даже не в курсе моей просьбы. Т.е. завтрак оплачен, но услуга не оказана.
CZThe people at the hotel are very nice and pleasant. There was no problem with anything. Both receptionists are absolutely wonderful and always helped when I needed it. The entire stay was great. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel is new, clean and in a very quiet location. The room was very nice and you could find absolutely everything you needed there. I was in this hotel for almost a month, where I needed to feel completely comfortable and this hotel provided that for me. The receptionist speaks very good English and Russian, absolutely willing and humane. I am very satisfied with my choice. I can't complain about anything.
There is nothing to criticize here, the whole stay was absolutely wonderful.
