チェックイン時のフロントの方はフレンドリーでした。

・チェックイン時に朝食時間前に出発する旨を伝えたところ、ランチボックスを作ってくれると提案してくれました（ここまでは非常に親切だった）。しかしながら、チェックアウト時にその旨を伝えると、ただ首を横に振られる状態で、ランチボックスの用意はありませんでした。 ・チェックアウト時に担当者はソファーで寝ていて（朝8時なので、そこまで早くもない）、非常に眠そうで、ほぼ無言でした。 ・部屋はハエが４，５匹いる状況。シャワーの水はけも悪かったです。

Первый раз были в этом отеле. Впечатления остались превосходные. Небольшой семейный отель с дружественным коллективом. Персонал клиенто ориентированный. Оказывают любую помощь и по вопросам проживания и другим. Особо хорошие впечатления произвел сотрудник на ресепшене - Али. Очень профессиональный и отзывчивый молодой специалист. Помогал нам по любым возникающим у нас вопросам. Спасибо большое коллективу. Надеемся еще раз посетить этот отель.
