Villas Mandarina Bacalar

1. Habitación amplia, la única con vista completa a la Laguna, cómoda, tiene cafetera ,mini refri, tele, aire acondicionado gracias por que hace mucho calor. La cocina compartida muy bien, cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para hacer de comer. 3. Raíd para los insectos 4. Personal muy amable.

1. La señalizacion al hotel es muy poco visible y sobre todo cuando llegas de noche, una luz estaría genial. 2. Que te hacen el aseo un dia sí y otro no.. 3. El muelle es pequeño.

We liked everything. It was great to have others to talk to and the quiet location on the lagoon front was perfect.

The toaster was a bit dodgy and there was no hot water to the kitchen sink. Had to boil a kettle but none of this detracted from the stay.

Loved the room..communication great and very friendly. Super accomadatong and fast to answer me. The views from my room second floor were beyond beautiful 😍 I was always surprised when heading out. Loved that there is plenty of parking.

Location is hard to get too a bit dangerous with the big semis and cars driving fast you have to make a right out of nowhere and the entrance is not paved so you can make a quick entrance. I didn't use the installations but my husband did go down to see the lagoon. He said it was lots of stairs and rocky not fit for everyone including me.

The property was nice. Very well maintained. The dock was beautiful and peaceful.

They don’t do daily room cleaning and we weren’t provided with fresh towels.

We loved the villa. Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in #5 every morning felt like waking up in a gorgeous tree house. Beautiful, perfect, stunning views. Very quiet and peaceful.

We wanted our friends to be able to join us for drinks on our deck the first night, and they were asked to leave as soon as they got our things to our room. You need a car to get back and forth to bacalar. This place was quite far from restaurants. We didn't know that at the time of booking. Their coffee pot was broken and they didn't fix it while we were there.

It’s a beautiful quiet setting.

Too many stairs for my husband and I to get to the outdoor kitchen and to the dock. He has bad hips and a have bad knees.

Great access to the water and communal space. Very responsive host on WhatsApp

Room was basic, limited hanging space, no drawers or shelves. Long walk into town along main road which we didn’t do as wasn’t nice at all.
