Staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and very clean.

POOL WAS A LITTLE SMALL AND NOT MANY CHAIRS FOR USE. WASN'T CRAZY ABOUT CARPET IN ROOMS.

Beautiful decor, prob prettiest hotel in Charleston. Amazing service and breakfast.

Minuscule pool packed with people from the bar, not relaxing experience at all. Also not enough seating around pool or distance between seating.
