Hotel Bennett Charleston

The staff were very kind and the hotel was beautiful.

Hotel was beautiful and staff amazing!

One day our room wasn't made up and called down and taken care of immediately. No problem.

It was centrally located.

The cost was outrageously high. We had repeatedly requested that a cot be in the room and made up before we arrived. We flew in from San Diego, my daughter from Austin. Although I told them way ahead of time, we would need 3 beds for three women, they did not fill our request. They did let my daughter sleep in a separate room the first night without charge. We had a huge cockroach in our bathroom, which we failed to catch and we were sure there were probably more.

From the minute we pulled up, the valet helped us immediately. He took our bags and made it so easy! The staff was so kind and the Bell Hop was so knowledgeable and gave us plenty of recommendations! We ate at the hotels restaurant, Gabrielle and it was fantastic. We used the roof top pool and again, such an attentive staff and so kind to their guests!

Everything at Hotel Bennett was beyond exceptional. From the staff, to the rooms, to the restaurants/bakery, you honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait to come back to Hotel Bennett
