El personal muy amable me dejaron guardar mi equipaje antes y después de check in y check out. Comodidad y la zona bastante segura

El internet falla

Az ágy kényelmes volt, tisztaság volt és a zuhanyzó jól működött. Kertünk lakás cserét, azt gond nélkül megkaptuk.

A wifi nagyon rossz volt, szinte egyáltalán nem tudtam dolgozni, az épület lefedettsége miatt 4G internet sem volt. A lakásban nagyon hideg volt, mivel az ablakok nem szigetelnek jól. Nincs fűtőtest, sajátot használtam. A konyhában csak serpenyő van, fazék nincs.

nunca sirvio el baño, el retrete siempre tiro agua, tenia que estar levantando la tapa del deposito ya que no servia y se quedaba tirando el agua, lo reporte y nadie vino ayudar. La cama, que es de vital importancia super incomoda, no podias mover un centimetro ya hacia demaciado ruido, las almohadas rotas y no te ayudaban a descansar, la cocina no tenia ni sal ni nda, por cortesia un botecito con sal y azucar, no habia cucharas chicas para cafe, ni ollita para poner agua en la estufa. Falal, no regresare, 0 recomendable

La regadera es bien dificil de configurar para agua caliente y fria, la iluminacion del cuarto solo consta de dos lamparas pequeñas. A veces es dificil contactar con el administrador y que abran la puerta rapido al tocar el timbre.

Para todos que sepan que no hay nadie de 6pm a 7pm entonces no se les ocurra llegar a esa hora por que van a estar parados afuera con sus maletas timbre y timbre y timbre... como nos paso a nosotros y el telefono que hay ahi nadie lo contesta es imposible! Porfin llega la persona encargada media hora tarde por cierto, llega 7:30pm nos da nuestro cuarto ya estamos listos para salir a una inaguracion que veniamos y nos toca para decirnos que nos tiene que cambiar de habitacion que se equivoco entonces ahi nos tienes volviendo a empacar todo con prisas. Nadie pidio disculpas, nisiquiera me contestaron los mensajes, ni regresaron llamada, nadaa todo muy normal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this stay. I booked this place specifically because it advertised air conditioning, which, as it turns out, was completely false. From the moment we arrived, the room was unbearably hot, with no A/C in sight. We had no choice but to keep the windows open just to get some air, and that’s when things got worse. Flies kept coming into the room, constantly buzzing around, landing everywhere, and making it nearly impossible to sleep. What should have been a place to rest turned into a genuinely stressful environment. After just a short time, I started developing a skin rash, which only got worse in the heat and lack of proper ventilation. At that point, it stopped being just uncomfortable and became a real health concern. To make matters even more alarming, there were serious hygiene issues. I have strong reasons to suspect the presence of bed bugs, which is honestly unacceptable in any accommodation. What frustrates me the most is that this entire situation could have been avoided if the listing had simply been honest. Instead, I ended up in a place that felt unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. The property ignored us, dismissed our claim and booking gave me a $13 voucher🤡
