Beautiful space, friendly host, great location, tasteful interior, comfortable bed

Our seaview room was super small, no way around for two people with luggage. Very light in room at night due to street lamps. No good food options for lunch/dinner closeby. Overpriced.

The place is beautifully decorated, and the building itself has a charming appearance. It is also conveniently located close to the beach.

Absolute lack of essential information: 1. No reception, and no one tells you this. They ask for your arrival time, but if you arrive earlier, you have to wait. We waited for an hour before someone showed up. 2. Mandatory advance payment via an online link. This was never mentioned in the booking details. You have to enter all your credit card information, which felt very uncomfortable. 3. Overpriced and extremely limited breakfast. It’s incredibly healthy—but also incredibly expensive! Don't expect a typical breakfast with omelets, toast, butter, milk, or juice. Instead, you’ll get chia pudding, homemade cream cheese, and fruit. While we enjoyed it, I can imagine many people wouldn’t. One breakfast costs 7 OMR! Absolutely not worth the price. There was also no prior information about this. We stayed in 10 different hotels during our trip to Oman, and in all of them, breakfast cost a maximum of 3 OMR—and was much bigger and far more delicious. 4. Ridiculously small room. Even after getting an upgrade, the room was so tiny that we could barely fit with our luggage. Summary: The stylish decor and beachfront location do not justify the high price. This hotel is overpriced and lacks transparency about important details.

Erika was a very nice host :) Her place is lovely, the breakfast is very good, the yoga session as well :) It’s relaxing to wake up just in front of the sea, with the noise of the waves !

People were nice and the location was beautiful but you need to have e a car (no restaurants in walking distance)
