The entire house was clean and tidy. We have everything we need, with kitchen appliances and utensils - we just need to bring the food we plan on cooking as shops and restaurants are a bit out of the way from this gated community. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The clubhouse pool, which is about 8-10mins walk from the villa is great with 3 mini jacuzzi pools (at time of our visit, maintenance was on Wednesdays). You can use kayaks free of charge but needs to be within certain times. Bikes are free for use too. Great place to unwind with friends and family.

On the accommodation itself, none. But if you intend to swim at the beach -- it is a bit dirty and full of jellyfish.

The place was comfortable and a pleasant walk to the beach and the clubhouse, which also housed a pawikan (turtle) sanctuary. Surroundings were clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The caretaker arranged for us to be able to kill time at the clubhouse because we arrived early.
