Seafront Residences Vacation Getaway

- the guards at the entrance were so nice and accommodating. - the property allowed us to check in earlier than the original check in time but it was not communicated properly to the contact person and also to the guards. - its 3 bedroom so it’s good for family or group of friends but make sure to bring extra blanket. - you won’t hear your noisy neighbors when all the doors are closed.

- the stove doesn’t heat up as expected. - Refrigerator smells a little bad. - the water supply is low. If everyone is using the shower at the same time (2 bathroom) it will take ages before you finish. The flush at restroom on the first floor is also not working. You can’t go number 2 - the property is quite far from the beach - beach is not swimmable (there are jellyfish when we got there) - seafront staff at bar/restaurant were not friendly. -they allow group of men drinking beside the pool where the kids are. - the guard at the gate had a hard time contacting the contact person of the property. - the contact person came in earlier before our check out time because there is another guest coming in after us.

This unit/house for rent is spacious even for 9 people. 3 bedrooms with individual AC units. 3 toilets and bath. The common areas are comfy. Kitchen area has most of the things you'd need. Gated community with access to the clubhouse and the beach. The clubhouse restaurant offers great food (generous serving of nachos, delectable pasta and sandwiches) at a decent price. Clubhouse pool is free to use for all guests, with 3 small jacuzzi pools. Towels can be requested free of charge.

Water pressure in the area is kinda disappointing, but kudos to the owner with providing each bathroom with a huge barrel of water when water pressure is extremely low. Beach is a little dirty. Caretaker phone might be out of coverage area from time to time, so make sure you communicate with the caretaker early on. But owner and caretaker are still responsive, so it's okay.

The property is well managed and all the rooms have air conditioning.

It was far from the beach and swimming pool. The pictures in their website are quite deceiving. The seniors had to take a car to go to the pool/beach. You have to make reservations to use the pool for 3 hours! The jacuzzi is INSIDE the pool so there’s no difference in the water temperature. One would expect to relax in the jacuzzi in warmer water temperature. The master bedroom smelled like urine, possibly from the bedsheets or bathroom drain. The downstairs toilet was clogged on the first day of our stay.

communication is poor, we have to wait for almost 2 hrs before we can get in to the accomodation. The owner of the unit didnt informed the care taker that we were arriving on the day that we nooked the place.. The pressure water in the master bedroom was so slow.

Overall the house is clean, all facilities are complete and fully functional and the beds are comfortable.

None. We just wished the sofa is bigger to accommodate more people comfortably in the living room. And the kitchen had a larger counter space for preparing food. 😊 But as it is, the place is nice! 👍🏼
