Beach area was dirty

Pool schedules. You should inquire first so not to waste your time going there and not be able to use the pool.

The house is spacious and well maintained. The food at the clubhouse is great and decently priced. The beach was around 7 minutes walk from the house and just a straight walk. The pool of the clubhouse is big with several jacuzzis in it. Free drinking water and ice was provided which was great.

It is much easier if you have your own means of transportation, as there is not much nearby and the town is around 10-15 minutes by car. The clubhouse is totally closed on Monday so the restaurant is also closed. Depending on the weather, the walk to the beach can be tiring. The master room has a balcony door that kept banging with the wind when it got windy.

The overwhelming smell of fabric conditioner. As we try to only use all-natural products at home, the smell of the linens were too synthetically scented for our family.

Elegant, modern interiors, complete amenities, spacious and peaceful surroundings.

Not for the property but for the location. The place in itself is pretty far from the town, therefore, I highly recommend bringing food, basic medications and consummable personal needs e.g. diapers or sanitary pads good for the duration of stay.

The place is clean and comfortable with a bit of privacy of a gated community. The owner and custodian were responsive to our queries and requests. Very considerate of allowing our pet cats to stay in their home. The clubhouse pool and beach were not crowded.

A bit of driving to get stuff (supplies, grocery, food) as there's no stores within the subdivision (apart from one resto at the clubhouse). Though it's not the owner's fault, be mindful of the construction noise beside the place and there was a party noise on the neighboring house (which is also rented) during our stay. Keep the doors and windows closed as there's no insect screens.

The place was amazing as well as the ameneties and the owner was truly exceptional! All the things that we need are provided!

The place had a power interruption caused by the government's protocol but the best thing is the owner offered us a 50% reimbursement for the inconvenience.
