They agreed to change the sheets when we complained that it was dirty and needed to be changed

Bedsheets , Pillows and Towels were dirty. Entrance to the Hotel was very narrow

"Great potential but missed in all departments"

The hard product is good. The shower, mini kitchen, bed etc. all were really good. The location is a plus. Food delivery options available.

But the soft product is absolutely terrible. All 3 rooms had stained sheets, pillow covers and duvets. The ground floor room had a fan that was swinging around so violently every time it was turned on.
