The kitchen area was clean. Boys behind reception seems friendly and helpful, unfortunately can’t say the same about the manager who was not present.

Unfortunately, there was mould in the bedroom in two areas. As we are sensitive to mould, we didn’t like it. I messaged the property manager about the issue but never received a reply. We also informed them, that we would be leaving earlier, half day after check-in, because some of issues we faced. Despite originally booking for three nights, no refund was provided.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark, mattresses and pillow covers were full of stain

Very narrow road to take vehicle up to the hotel. Difficult to approach. If not careful, vehicle sides will get scratches. Finally, on reaching the hotel yard, There was no parking space. Underground packing was blocked by another vehicle parked at the entrance to the underground parking place, . Had to park vehicle in the narrow passage road to the hotel. Then it was difficult to open the car door to come out. Somehow opened the door a bit and got out. The subsequent guests who came, parked behind, In the early morning, for any of the vehicles to leave, EVERYBODY were woken up and disturbed. Thevehicles gad to br driven out to the main road by driving in reverse mode. This hotel is absolutely unfit for guests coming with vehicles, Cleanliness and other facilties are ok. But Approach Road and Parking are utterly misrable,
