Tiziana was a fantastic host - very accommodating with an early check in, provided small finishing touches such as fresh fruit and great local recommendations. The place was amazing and while being in a perfect and busy location, the apartment was nice and private which was a perfect way for me to relax. My only regret is not booking here longer!

It was clean and well furnished even posh :) The location was very good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and all the restaurants & bars are around the flat. The property owner was very friendly and gave good advices for restaurants.

Wifi was not well. I am not sure if its about the property because even my phone was not receiving signal. i mean i thought the problem can be general in the city. i write here just for info.

Absolutely amazing apartment and location. Everything you need is just around, restaurants, the beach, train station, etc. In the apartment we found some fresh fruits, water, coffee, some snacks which was so nice. Balcony is very lovely. Highly recommend to get up earlier and go to watch the sunrise in Bastione di Capo Marchiafava which is literally next to the apartment. The host was very friendly, responsive and gave us good recommendations where to eat. Definitely would choose this place again.

The apartment is in a good location, situated on the floor of a tenement house, very close to the sea and a charming beach, and within a few minutes' walk to Plazza Duomo. If you arrive by train, you can also reach the train station on foot in a short time. The apartment has a small but sufficient kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with everything you need. For example, it includes a stove with an oven, fridge, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a washing machine, adequate kitchen utensils, a hairdryer, and even an iron. The room has a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a TV. The apartment also has a small balcony facing the street. The only downside for me is that the apartment is quite dark - not much natural light. There are plenty of pubs, cafes, and small shops around. Communication with the owner is very good. I recommend staying in this place.

Very cozy and stylish. Perfect Location. Has everything you need. Easy checkin and Tiziana was amazing. She was very helpful with recommendations and responsive to our questions. Wifi was strong. Bathroom was very nice.

A little small.

Check in was very smooth, location is great, close to the beach. You have restaurants and bars literally on a doorstep. Apartment was quite modern and has a cute little balcony.

It is extremely noisy and it's single glazed. It's great that you are based on a popular busy street and have restaurants, bars downstairs but it was very difficult to have a good sleep, plus was woken up every morning at 6am by the bin collectors. There is a washing machine, but for an exceptional stay would have been great to have a washing powder/liquid as well.

Everything in the apt was beautiful. Quiet location. Balcony view. Very near beach. Well-equipped small kitchen.

Entry stairs a bit steep for elderly. A few too many souvenir shops?
