10/2023 A comfortable, extremely clean and equipped accommodation as if you were staying in your own home. The location is good, close to any turistic interests in Cefalu. We stayed for one night only in 3 and had the room from the pedestrian alley, so at 7 in the morning the rubbish is piled up from the restaurant on the ground floor so there will be noise for a short period, otherwise overnight the area is relatively quiet. If you decide to stay for several days, I recommend the apartment here with an amazing sea view (no.2 ) The accommodation doesn’t have a pool; the pictures posted on google maps by other visitors of a house with a pool are not from here but from another property of the same owner

Many thanks to Tiziana, our host, who was very friendly. As the Apartment is in the ZTL you have to park outside (free and safe parking space available, circa 15Min walk or call a Caddy for 7eur). 2 beaches and grocery store within walking distance. Parasol in the Apartment.

Disappointed that we were asked by the host to provide notice of our arrival time of which we did and kept up to date, yet once we arrived at the property we had to call and wait to be let in (not ideal when needing to go to the toilet!)

Location is incredible. On the main street in the historical side of town. Walking distance to everything. Tiziana was lovely and also recommended Liska restaurant next door which was delicious food and not too pricey.

Small apartment but with enough space for two people, very spacious and cozy. There’s a balcony where you can eat or drink, even better than all the restaurants that are in the streets! It is equipped with all the necessary elements for a long stay, and everything very very clean. Tiziana was also very attentive and helpful giving us some information about the city and good plans.

The parking. Since the apartment is located in the center of Cefalú you cannot come by car. There are free parking lots 10 minutes away, but you have to be fast because there are not enough!

Location is awesome! The apartment is very nice with a lovely balcony looking at a very lively street (for people with sleep disturbances this could be an issue but for us wasn’t). You have everything you need! Also thanks for store our luggage for a few hours so we can take advantage of the beautiful beach a little more. Free parking around 8-10 mins walking. (Bare in mind that Italian streets are tough for baggage wheels)
