Bathroom needs some touch ups

I like how spacious and tidy the room was. Also check in and out instructions were very clear.

I arrive Monday. No staff were present. I didn’t receive a text message advising me how to get my key, it was very difficult to get hold of somebody on the phone. There was no one on site to see on Tuesday and when I booked out Wednesday there was still no staff. Someone did come in and put away my clean dishes on Tuesday although I didn’t see them. The motel part is very small with very tight parking.

Decent location but signage is lacking for the entrance. Bed was comfy and room looked freshly (within 12 months) renovated.

The check in process is confusing as there is a reception but no one is staffing it. Took me a short delay to check in at the restaurant as staff were serving customers.

Close to highway. Enough parking for a bus. Bed comfortable. Shower was good. Left charger behind and they couriered it to me later.

The locality to the motorway

When I got there the room I was allocated had been taken by another traveller. I called the after hours number and the man told me to take the other room key. I got inside and although the room looked untouched it had a strange musty smell.
