INAmazing place and best behaviour. They welcomed us as family and for every need they were present. Helped to book the car for local sightseeing. Rooms were clean and all the sheets and blankets as well. Place is hygienic as well. They welcome you with an indoor shoe. overall atmosphere and stay is very soothing.

The only issues was locations which is bit bit far (three km) from Pahalgam main market.

There was .no heating in the room. There was only a heated bed, forcing us to stay on the bed all time. The bed heating would work only when there was power. And the power goes off quite often for a couple of hours. Our trip was spoilt due to absence of room heating at -8° temperature.

AUI really enjoyed my stay at this property. It’s immaculately clean, looks brand new (is 6 years old). There is an electric blanket to keep you warm at night in winter. The staff are really nice and take really good care of you. It looks just like the photo.
