Venice Rooms

Es un apartamento muy aireado e iluminado. Muy amplio y bien dotado. El sector muy tranquilo. La estación del bus y tranvía estaba en frente. El supermercado y el aeropuerto estaban muy cerca. Encontramos el apartamento muy limpio y aseado. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de aclarar todas las dudas que tuvimos.

El sofá cama no era muy cómodo.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro station. Although there was a public transport strike on the day of our visit, we managed to use shared bikes to get to the city, which worked well.

The bed was uncomfortable because it was too soft. The air conditioning was too loud, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Mieszkanie było odnowione i czyste, łóżko wygodne, ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Telewizor i klimatyzacja działały bez zarzutu. Dogodny dojazd z autostrady, miejsce parkingowe pod blokiem za bramą. Wygodny odbiór kluczy ze schowka przy bramie. Przystanek linii T1 tramwaju do Wenecji jest zaraz przy budynku, czas dojazdu ok.30-40 min. Szybka reakcja ze strony właściciela na zadawane pytania. Dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket za rogiem.

Zdjecia na Booking pokazują trzy różne apartamenty. Instrukcje zameldowania były przydatne, ale niekompletne. Po dopytaniu, właściciel podał nam nr miejsca parkingowego. Apartament to 22/A na II piętrze, a podano nam N22, co wzbudziło nasze wątpliwości. Mieliśmy problem z otwarciem drzwi, bo kod początkowo nie zadziałał, po kontakcie z wynajmującym udało się rozwiązać problem, trzeba było dodatkowo docisnąć i przekręcić gałkę. Mieszkanie jest dość akustyczne.

Detalle de desayuno en la habitación, todo bien todo correcto, limpio y cómodo. Nos sorprendió bastante para bien, el acceso bien detallado en las instrucciones

Pues solo una cosa por poner una pega. Estaría bien que pusieran algo al aire acondicionado por donde gotea al ponerlo en modo frío, porque el agua cae al suelo de la habitación y tampoco encontramos fregona para recogerlo

The apartment itself was nice and clean. It was also convenient to get into Venice by tram, it was right outside and ran every 15 minutes. Host had also let info around this. Host also provided a small breakfast pack which was thoughtful.

Found the room noisy to sleep in, running water sound. Didn’t realise till morning that it was the fridge making the noise. Could also hear all the neighbours and people in the hall. The instructions for getting inside were hard to understand. The apartment block didn’t feel safe to me, very eerie. While the host says it is safe, and it may be, I didn’t get that impression from being in the location.
