Venice Rooms

Lage ist gut, wenn man spät abends mit dem Flugzeug ankommt und nicht mehr nach Venedig kommt.

Die Fotos bei Booking passen nicht zu dem Mini-Appartement, in dem wir waren!!! Für mehr als 1,2 Nächte würde ich das Mini-Appartement nicht empfehlen!

Es war sauber, die Haltestelle vor der Türe und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne

Clean, spacious and cosy apartment in a calm neighborhood. It was easy to reach Venice by T1 tram (but it takes time, around 30-40 min to Piazzale Roma). The owner sent instructions +information about transportation and nearest shops, it was very helpful. In the apartment there was a breakfast kit, it was a nice surprise. For the future guests I recommend to check the fruit/ vegetable shop nearby, because it has a wide selection of local goods for a good price.

A sharp knife for cooking would be a useful addition to the kitchen. Also, it would be useful to have information about Venice Acess fee in advance (for instance, in the pdf that is sent by the owner).

La douche n'était pas très grande

The flat is clean, cozy and comfortable, very practical for a short stay. Located next to the tram step in the direction to Venice.

The building itself is not welcoming. Was a bit difficult to find the flat. You get the instructions with access information only when you register & pay city tax - online.

Clean, equipped with tea coffee making facilities and little breakfast box was provided, host was prompt in replying, instructions were clear on how to check in/check out

Shower was very small
