Apartment was spotless with lots of attention to detail Bed was very comfy Shower was very powerful and lots of hot water

The key pad on door a pain and took ages to get in to room as very temperamental

La stanza mi è piaciuta, ben organizzata e fornita di tutto. La colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per i miei bambini che hanno apprezzato e mangiato tutto. La posizione della stanza è comoda, vicina per raggiungere in breve tempo Venezia!!!

L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la maniglia della porta per entrare, nel senso che abbiamo dovuto spingere e forzare un po' la porta per capire il meccanismo dell'apertura.

The apartment where it is located, the room was on 2nd floor at the corridor end and there is no corridor lights. It feels very haunted and felt not safe while walking in that corridor during night!

Sehr sauber. Schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Klein aber fein!!! Großer Kühlschrank vorhanden. Gute Matratze. Direkt vor der Wohnanlage war die Haltestelle für die Tram. Für 1,50 € direkt nach Venedig

Da es eine Wohnanlage war, wurde die Zentrale Heizung Anfang April abgestellt. Wir hatten das Pech, dass es sehr kalt war und wir dadurch nicht sonderlich warm hatten in der Wohnung.

The room was very clean and tidy. Probably after renovation because there was a smell of painting. The kitchen is equipped . There is a bus stop in front of the apartment to the city.

A bit complicated to find the apartment in the building. In the evening we had no hot water at the shower. In the morning it works. The host said that it is not possible. The apartment is far from the center but There is a bus stop in front of the apartment

Alles wie bei Ikea eingerichtet und ich denke dadurch wirkt das Ganze sehr gemütlich.

Das Badezimmer ist nicht in einem guten Zustand. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man zwar mit Tram nach Venedig, aber gute 75Minuten. Wir hatten einen anderen Weg dann genommen. Dieser Stadtteil Favaro ist sehr abgelegen und nachts sehr gruselig. Ich würde es für Frauentrips überhaupt nicht empfehlen, weil man manchmal abends lange unterwegs ist und sicher fühlt mam sich auch nicht.Wer fast keine Ansprüche hat, kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Für mich war es ein Fehler. Dann sind die Apartments zum Teil bewohnt und zum Teil nicht. Du hörst von nebenan bis in die Mitternacht laute Telefongespräche und Stühle werden hin und hergeschoben. Ich denke dieser Teil ist ein Arbeiterstadtviertel. Man muss sich im Klaren sein, bevor man hier bucht. Was ich auch nicht gut fand war , dass da nur ein sauberes Handtuch war. Man könnte wenigstens 2-3 saubere Handtücher hinlegen.
