"Excellent"

Really close to Titicaca Lake, arranged a trip for us, provided heating. All was sufficient. The host is kind and helpful.

"Good for rest"

They let us check in in the middle of the night, outside of 'check in' hours. We wanted to sleep in after a long night on the bus so they let us check out a bit later than normal.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and they provided good quality towels. They even provided a heater for our room because temperatures run very low in Puno, especially at night. They provide free breakfast each day. The bathroom is comfortable and there's hot water available. It has a good tv with many channels available.

There's nothing to dislike. Good value for the money.
