"Some rooms are good value for money, others are not"

One of the rooms had garden view. We were able to get heaters in the room when we asked and paid extra. It was cheap.

One room had no windows at all. The location is not very convenient, and we did not feel safe in the area after dark. But we did not like Puno very much, so maybe that is part of it…

Very nice staff, good breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is a bit further from the city center, but not a big issue.
