A localização, o cuidado com detalhes (papel higiénico de cor pêssego), o conforto da cama, a força do duche, todas as comodidades existentes no apartamento, o interior do apartamento e limpeza.

Estacionamento difícil na zona (especialmente para quem chega de noite e sem conhecer a cidade, o edifício estar mal conservado (sem luz em alguns andares da escada), subir com mala até ao terceiro andar.
