Homeless person sleeps inside the entrance every night. Notified host and they never responded. Water leak at stairs for 2 days. My wife fell coming down the stairs

Modern apartment nice and clean with good access

Breakfast??? what Breakfast there was a coffee machine with 4 pods that exploded as they where so old once I tried to use one by one There was nothing else. The only thing that is good is the location

We arrived and our phone battery was very low to be able to take a photo of our passports and send it off to them. I did manage but the communication with the person on the other end was very upsetting. Also Level 3 taking the suitcases up and down was not fun. Not to mention stairs dark, fitly entrance with rubbish lying around and light that switches for a second then is a peach black . Dangerous for anyone. TV not able to watch not even the basic news - Cable not connected. Safety deposit box was not fixed to the cupboard and was like a toy box anyone can take it with them if they do manage to get in. Public parking is another issue - information not correct. In order to advertise places you may need to have a person (not a local person) to do an inspection on the premises you put on line under booking. com

nicht im ersten Stock, sondern im dritten Stock, die Eingangscodes waren falsch, wir mussten vor ort urgieren, ein Parkplatz war auch nicht vorgesehen, das versprochene Frühstück fand auch nicht statt!

Las instalaciones eran estupendas, amplias y cómodas. Además de estar muy limpio. La ubicación perfecta.
