The balcony had a lot of dust in it - I guess it is due to the construction site nearby

Location close to the beach, nice view from the balcony and good restaurant with tasty food and nice atmosphere.

I was quite disappointed about the property considering the following: - I’ve booked this apartment due to the fact that in the description they say that parking is available, being added as a benefit; unfortunately there is no place available, more than this there is a person that acts like the owner of the area acting rude and asking for money; when calling the staff no solution was provided - towels had stains, bed sheets had sand on them - mattress was really uncomfortable and was set up in the wrong position; as I slept really bad in the first night I’ve checked and it was turned upside down; even after changing this, the quality of it is really poor so the sleep is not the best -AC is not working, only flowing air - the terrance is really nice but there is no table or seats to sit there unfortunately - walls are really thin; you can hear everything from the neighbours - hard to get in touch with the stuff; I’ve asked for an invoice since the check-in but it was not available at checkout; I had to call several times to get it done; moreover, on the invoice they’ve added the city tax that was not mentioned at the beginning (not sure if that’s okay since on the reservation it is stated that all taxes are included) Overall, there are way better options, at similar price so I would definitely not stay here again!
