The property looked ok at first, but the area, although is close to the beach, is horrible.

The air conditioner was not working, only the ventilation. This is most likely deliberate so as to reduce current. The tap in the bathroom was leaking. The apartment is next to a various building sites, the area is absolutely horrible. The apartment is not in the main staircase of the building, but in the second staircase, the entrance is through the parking lot. The balcony railing is of poor quality. If you go out on the balcony, I recommend caution. The person managing the apartment, Cristina, although helpful, rude. They dodged the calls of the Booking agent from Spain, justifying that they do not recognize the number.

"Nowhere to park"

I liked the area and the surroundings.

Worst thing was about the parking. Chasing for an empty parking slot was terrible. Receptionists didn't actually giving you a proper solution to this problem. Just handed a piece o paper with a few parking slots that were actually taken.

Being so close to the beach, spaces rooms , sea view and nice food in their restaurant are just a few of the things we've loved here. The weather was good as well, so overall...we recommend this location

Everything was from extraordinary and above. Girls from reception were very nice and helpfully, room was clean and the view...I have no words ๐Ÿ˜

"Nice weekend stay in apartment near black sea"

The location is near construction site, however its not impacting sleeping comfort. Just next to the apartment is the beach with some discount for guest of hotel + same in restaurant. It was first visit in this part of Romania, and we cant wait to come back. The check out time was 11 am, and owner agree for check out around 12.

My opinion should be some place to keep luggage in departure date, as we check out 12:00, and want to spend time on beach till afternoon, before taking ride by train back to home, we hide it under reception desk, however when come to pick up, we was asked to take it with us as its not place to keep
