The bed was damp as were the pillows. No heaters were in the rooms and it was cold - no extra blankets supplied. The towels were very old ( what I would call floor cleaning towels) and no face cloth was given. There was no information provided apart from how to get into the property and my room. We expected the usual tea/coffee sachets with milk to be supplied - there was nothing and since our plane was delayed the supermarkets were closed so we could not have a hot drink.

CANZNZExcellent value, cosy and comfortable. Felt like a home with a good array of kitchen equipment and a nice lounge room to relax in with games/books available. Lots of cosy little extra touches that were nice. There were multiple areas to sit in the lounge , so even if other people were using the room there were always chairs available.
