Shared facilities is largely dependant on those you share it with. We had one other guest that was a bit annoying.

Hot water wasn't cold in shared bathroom, not sure why because kitchen tap hot water was very hot. That would be the only thing I didnt like. Otherwise shared bathroom nice modern and had laundry facility.

I booked this place because it looked very nice and *quiet* and *private* but apparently they allow guests to check in at all hours of the night!! even due they specify quiet hours 9pm!! and because of some crazy dysfunction with whatever horrible Chinese software they're using to communicate with emails and texts, I got no specific details, went into the only room that was open and actually had a key on the door.. Then they woke me up at 1:00 a.m. because the other guests got the same room as me!! And for some other crazy reason the room key was in a random drawer! while the visible key was in the lock and I had no info accept common sense! And they don't answer any means of communication!..until 1am! and then those guests made noise until 2:00 a.m. and then woke up at 7:00 a.m. and I didn't have any sleep!! If you book room 1 understand the wall is VERY THIN!!
DEDas Konzept ist super โ man hat ein eigenes, abschlieรbares Zimmer, teilt sich aber die Gemeinschaftsrรคume mit anderen Gรคsten. Alles war gut organisiert, der Check-in sehr einfach. Das Haus ist schรถn, mit einer tollen Terrasse, groรer Kรผche, gutem Badezimmer, Waschmaschine und hervorragender Lage. Supermarkt und Parkplatz direkt am Haus! Die Gemeinschaftsrรคume wurden tรคglich vom Besitzer gereinigt, was ich klasse fand. Ich habe auch einige nette Menschen kennengelernt.
Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht รผberall top. In der Kรผche war vieles (Geschirr, Tassen, etc) nicht richtig sauber (bisschen schmierig), sodass ich Geschirr und Besteck vor der Benutzung abgespรผlt habe. Hinter den Gardinen und auch im Schlafraum gab es einige Spinnweben. Nachts wurde es recht kalt, aber mit Heizung und Wรคrmflasche ging es. Manche Gรคste verhalten sich so, als wรคren sie allein im Haus โ da es keine Aufsicht gibt, kann das als Alleinreisende etwas unangenehm sein.

Ik zou hier niet weer boeken, het is sterk verouderd en ruikt muf, zeker de afzuiging en het fornuis in de keuken is aan vernieuwing toe
