Staff is extremely helpful and the room was really clean with all the amenities. The location is good, close to Hongdae and nearby there are an array of shops, restaurants etc.

There were a lot of mosquitoes. Seoul in general has lots of mosquitoes but I had to kill 10+ everyday inside the room.

It is ideally located near Ewha Womans University, from which you can take the subway or bus to any bustling part of Seoul

There are not many Korean employees who can speak English, but there are also foreign employees who can speak English. Generally speaking, it is not a big problem, but I think it will be better if we can strengthen this aspect

Washing machine & stove are convenient. Really close to the subway, and many convenience stores to choose from.

No drinking water. Some mosquitoes (but don’t bite). The only problems.

We liked the location and the room was cute! Easy check in and check out instructions.

The only thing we didn’t like was the automatic light, if one of us got up in the night it was so bright.
