Horrible customer service. The staff is very arrogant. They caused a major inconvenience for us. They told us we could check out at 12pm and then they told us we had to check out at 11am and we had to rush out of the room. They said it was a "misunderstanding". They said we could check out at 12pm only if we booked another night and they would move us to another room. We would have stayed another night if the room was the same or if they didn't ask us to check out and check in again on the same day. Seriously, avoid dealing with the staff. The room is ok but the staff needs to have some serious training in customer service and hospitality.

There is no reception, keys are stored in the post box for anyone to take, and a list of guests with their full names and room numbers is hung at the front door for anyone in the street to see and use as they like. The bathroom door was broken, which locked me inside. Terrible customer service and I was rudely denied an invoice to submit to my work. A terrible experience !!!!

We slept horribly because of lots of mosquitoes in the room! Even when the door and windows were closed, they were still getting in! We killed an average of 7 of these annoying creatures per night and could not figure out where they were coming from. Due to this we slept horribly and were covered in bites. I contacted the hotel and after finally answering us after more than 24 hours we were provided with a spray to kill them. This didn’t solve the problem at all of course, because they were still getting in somehow and keeping us awake.
