The suite was comfy and fully equipped and well considered. The Wellness deck had outstanding facilities.

Really amazing property. Great rooms and facilities.

The decor was beautiful. The suite was comfortable and quiet. The “wellness center” was not a wellness center. It was a very nice shared deck with chairs, spa, cold plunge baths sauna & outdoor shower.

For the premium price charged, the property lacked premium features. While there was a phone # to call for assistance, we weren’t always able to get in touch with anyone right away. The welcome packet provided was limited. It included a few restaurants and grocery stores, but no information on activities (i.e. surfing, tours, etc.). It would have been nice to have some brochures or contact information for these types of things. Also important would’ve been specific instructions on how to use/troubleshoot things in the suite like connecting to the TV and inconsistencies with the A/C. A multitude of things that collectively amplified the “Hostless” feel. Having to call someone over & over again for each thing was or would’ve been annoying: **TV - Never Apple to connect to AirPlay, forcing us sign in to our streaming services on the TV or use our personal devices. ** A/C worked, but setting of 72 didn’t guarantee a consistent 72. This was annoying at night. ** Coffee maker looked new, but didn’t work. Water got hot, but didn’t flow through the coffee/filter part. **Towels - for 2ppl, there was 2 total beach, bath, hand towels & washcloth. There should be at least 2 bath towels per person **Toiletries - 1 of shampoo/conditioner/body wash was enough for a shower for each person. Replace these with refillable containers. We had to go to the store to buy shampoo/conditioner/body wash for our 4 night stay. Probably the most aggravating was having to rent chairs & umbrella to enjoy the beach. Aside from the fees, you had to drive to a store to rent. There is no beach view and to view the sound (across the highway) you had to go outside the front door. The view from the dining room was obstructed by the fence.

Beautiful property. Wellness deck with several different seating options, a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge baths. Kitchen well equipped. Walking distance from the beach.

- new furniture - great interior and atmosphere - nice and clean

- we didn’t have warm or hot shower water. Water was cold - there was not fitness centre / gym equipment as stated which was disappointing as that’s the reason we booked it. Just a small sauna and jacuzzi.
