the family were super kind and accomodating! facilities were very clean. high recommend staying here!

Extremely accomodating and friendly staff, went above and beyond expectations. The bath was a wonderful bonus after a long day on the mountain. 5 min walk to Hakuba Goryu.

Location and it’s quite cute

It was freezing, the communal area isn’t very welcoming. There are a couple of wooden chairs but no comfy sofa to relax in- it’s a shame as it could be a lovely space. Also we found the spaces really cold so it wasn’t nice to relax there and we ended up going out for drinks and dinner and breakfast

アメニティグッズがない点。

The staff made me feel like part of the family. They were so nice and even drove my family to the train station. I loved everything about my stay.

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、気持ちよく利用することが出来ました。

夕食（ビーフシチュー）がとても美味しかった！ また共同のお風呂もあるのでとても助かりました。

The family running the pension was lovely and went out of their way to assist with small things we needed. Breakfast was excellent. The place has a cozy family feel. Father and son drove us and our luggage to the bus stop, which was much appreciated.

The pension is clearly a bit older. Our four person room was small for four adults. The staff however helped with hanging wet sk clothes in the 'dry room' so we did not have to store our bulky ski pants and jackets in our room. The onsen, or bathing facility, is simple.
