Visited in Jan. Lovely house, clean and spacious. Host was super helpful, pointed us to a snowboard rental shop with an affiliated discount. 10/10 would visit again

I had a great experience staying in the single room. The size was just right, and having a private drying rack was a really nice touch. In the dry room, each room had its own locker for storing snowboards or skis, which was very convenient. The shared bathrooms were spacious enough and kept very clean. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

The hosts here were amazing and so helpful. It was so close to the lifts. Location 10/10 and hosts 10/10.

The owners were so nice, I lost my passport and the owner went out of her way and contacted the bus company and got it sent to the property. The best place I have stayed at in Japan, the location was awesome, the room was clean and homely. Would definitely recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back.

What a beautiful accommodation. Rooms are a basic size but it is all that you really need to rest after a day of skiing / snowboarding. Very convenient location for Goryu and only a short walk if you get the bus from Nagano. Our particular room didn't have a private bathroom but we utilised the public bathroom and spa which was terrific. The staff were excellent!

This place was amazing! Definitely a hidden gem. The hosts were such a lovely family, some of the most accommodating people we met on our trip. Couldn’t recommend more. Also a great location- only a 10 minute walk up hill to Guryu. The lodge itself is so homely and warm and has great views. Would love to come stay here for longer. The set breakfast is also delicious :)

Great location next to the ski resort. Owners were very friendly and spoke good English.
