The location was awesome!

Exceptionally clean, easy to park, easy to enter, less than 2 miles from everything we wanted to do without the hassle of being right downtown. Safe and quiet.

Very spacious

Very dirty floor, your feets will turn pitch black in 5min. The door password for the house main entrance and the entrance to the apartment is the same. Convenient, but that also mean all 3 other apartments within the house knows/have the code to get in your apartment.

This would work well for a family, as the property is huge and it would be cost effective, has a very functional kitchen, and laundry. (The beds and couch were all a bit damp, which was worrying.)

It was a comedy of errors checking in. My unit was not cleaned and dirty linen and bathroom were not a nice/relaxing welcome. They gave me another room on the second floor (request a second floor room), but took about an hour to confirm. I went out, and when I returned 3 hours later, I could get into my room but not the original room (where all my belongings were). They were not helpful in letting me store my luggage there on day 2 after I checked out (my flight was many hours after checkout). I could live with that, but then I received a message early (7am) on check out day asking me to notify them if I checked out early.

Everything just need more cleaning supplies available.

The unit was spacious and perfect for 4 people. The kitchen has all the things you could possibly need if you're just staying for a couple nights. The couch in the living room was my favorite. It was very comfy and I could probably fall asleep there if I wanted to. I like the notes that the host left around the unit, helped us a lot with what we need to know about policies. Host was very responsive even when it's late at night.

If you are driving a truck or a van, it's not gonna be easy to park (especially if you checked in during a holiday). The floors of the unit were also very sticky. I think the host used too much cleaner. Before we checked out, we swept the floor and found a piece of old pepperoni under the couch. The inside of the microwave also has some food splatters. Lastly, don't be surprised if other confused renters tries to open your door. It's not the host's fault and when I told them about it through text message, they instantly called me and made sure we were alright.
