The property has an homely feel to it It was very clean All the rooms where very spacious Bed was very comfortable Easy parking Nice quiet neighbourhood A 7-8 minute drive from the centre

The property had everything we needed. We were waiting for our apt to get ready and this was much better than a hotel. They even had coffee and a washer/ dryer. It was definitely great for the price.

Clean and convenient to the downtown area.

The driveway needs some repairs. I would like to suggest leaving extra batteries for tv remotes as it isn’t something the cleaning staff would check. Maybe a list of nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed The Evergreen restaurant and it was only a block away.

The location was great, only 13 minutes to my moms house.

The only real issue I had was that some of the dishes were not clean, there was old food residue.

The accommodation was easy to find and park. The location was pleasant. The rooms were of a good size. It was nice to have Netflix via the TV. The accommodation had the facilities needed - kitchen, washer dryer etc. It was clean. The info to access was clear and the owner responded quickly.

There was no cleaning materials provided. For example there was no cloth / mop to clean up any spills etc. There were no tea towels to wipe dishes. No kitchen cloth to wipe surfaces. The front bedroom needs a small table by the bed to place a phone, water, your glasses etc, as it has nothing. There is no oven mitt, to protect your hand, if you are taking items from the oven. Work was being done on the rear of the accommodation during our stay which continued until the early hours of the morning, which meant we didn’t sleep that night. This work was not mentioned in the booking process. The cleaning fee should be already included into the price and not an additional amount, making the total paid clear and transparent - rather than think you have a good deal and then see all the “fees” added. The cleaners arrived way before the 11am check out time and were knocking our door way before check out. We just wanted a relaxing morning- not to be chased out of the room.

I liked how close it was to downtown. Fairly clean. They provided extra towels that I requested. It’s a decent apartment house if I were a college student trying to make ends meet.

Well when i first arrived at 9p the police were outside. I asked was everything ok and they said yes. The apartment across from me looked like a lady and her 4 children were being put out. The next morning I was leaving out for the day the bottom apartment at the door in the hallway was an extended gun clip just laying there which i should have took a picture of. I texted the owner this information about the gun clip, no response. After that it seemed to be quiet. I text the owner about other people leaving the outside door unlocked and that got better but it was still unlocked sometimes. As a young woman all of these things are concerning. I almost left the property early but I just decided to stick it out. I know it’s not a requirement but it would be nice to at least have some bottles of water.

Location is good if going sight seeing. Really a clean, nice place. Had everything I needed.

Can't fix rude neighbors being noisy. Driveway could use some work. Hard to pull motorcycle around back. But felt it was in a secure spot.
