On arrival we couldn't enter our apartment as our door code wasn't working, there was a young girl there who let us into our room after half an hour wait i believe she does housekeeping , i tried the door code myself again just to check that when we go out we can get back in it didnt work lucky the girl was still there she contacted the owner who said we were i the wrong room even though our booking confirmation said room 3 we should of been in room 4 we had already made ourselves a coffee the girl told the owner that our email said room 3, the owner said she would call the girl back, she did and gave us a new code for the door. When we entered the apartment there was the strongest aroma of weed this seemed to be blowing through the vents of the aircon. When we went to use the bathroom the door would not close we noticed the hinge was hanging off as all the screws were very loose my husband managed to fix this , the walk in wardrobe in one of the bedrooms could not be walked into or used as it had a broken chest of drawers in there with a filthy smelly duvet on top of it there were lots of cable sprawled on the floor in the bedroom , the second room which had a bed in had filthy carpet , all the air vents were full of dust and the aroma of weed was constant , We did not receive an apology from the owner for the room mix up we have had no contact at all , we are thankful we only spent one night there. I never give a bad review but the above needs to be said

Great location, great price. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit.

No filters for the coffee and the coffee pot is the wrong size for the machine. Also the bathroom was still dirty (hair on the soap dispenser)

Lovely apartment. Great location

The bathroom had a water leak from the ceiling and so the floor was wet. also they didn't warn the room was not available for handicapped.

Nothing!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke. The people below us were smoking inside their apartment and it made the whole building smell. Our front door was wide open and none of codes seemed to work initially. The actual apartment itself was very dirty and had a horrible smell. The floors and coffee table were sticky and our white socks turned brown after being in there 5 minutes. The sofas had crumbs all over them, the bathroom ceiling had had a leak so there was a huge wet patch and there was mud all over the kitchen floor. The car park was pot hole central and not the easiest to access.

So close to the zoo

Smelled bad. The windows need black out shades.

Plenty of room, had everything we needed. Was comfortable and cozy. Huge bathroom.

The people staying under us were very loud coming home early hours of the morning.... no fault of the owners. Just an old house and can hear everyone around you as if they're in the next room.
