吃的太差了

スタッフの方がとても丁寧で心のある優しい言葉で対応されて癒されました。広い部屋でゆったりできたし温泉も楽しめて更に朝食の品数が豊富なのに料金がリ―ズナブルで良かったです。

温泉が42.8℃ありゆっくり入る事が出来なかった。

Huge, traditional room, with tatami mats, dinning space and private bathroom. Great onsen we had to ourselves. Traditional Japanese breakfast was big and very tasty. Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but for us it was a plus.

This place was an out-of-the-way stop in the hills for us and we loved looking around the area. We went up on the ski lifts for a little play in the snow and saw the snow monkeys near the hotel. The onsen was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and big. Good all around!

Private. Good parking right next to cabin. Staff was wonderful and very patient with our four noisy children. Food was good. Onsen was fine. Included with cabin. Cute gift shop area with local goods including omiyage. Heat worked well. Everything very tidy. Price was excellent. Nice tatami room.

Need railing on ramp outside each cottage. Very dangerous. Road very windy to get there. Took a lot of time because it’s quite far from Nagano and Hakuba. Food not available unless requested day before (so we couldn’t have breakfast our first morning). Cabin bathroom very dated but clean. Had to walk fair distance (outdoors) to hotel lobby to rent bath towels (additional charge) to bathe in cabin. Strange. Wish there were some walking trails on the property.
