The Property is Near In City Proper. Super Accommodating staff and clean rooms

I wasn’t satisfied with the room assigned to me. It was on the 3rd floor, and the noise from outside was quite disruptive. I could hear people walking, going in and out of the elevator, and even the staff cleaning and talking. On top of that, there was noise from an event with karaoke and hosting, which was clearly audible in the room. I was hoping to get some rest, but unfortunately, the noise made it impossible. I hope they can address the issue of event noise to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

I would suggest to have a better lighting the room we stayed only have small window so few outdoor light coming inside and the lights are not enough to lighten the room. Over all I am satisfied for what I paid for

The smell of the molds which triggered asthma and rhinitis.

I like that it is big for us family with lots of bed . The pantry is also good which is just near our room. We reported cr door and broken chair and it was repaired on the spot.

Smart tv is not working and internet is slow. Shower heater is old and too hot. Needs temperature regulator.
