We waited 6hrs at the lobby before we could check in. It was obvious people were checking out when we arrived so rooms are available and need only to be cleaned. Unfortunately, they did not make any arrangement to accommodate us even though we offered to pay for the additional hour of stay. And even though my 1yo daughter was obviously sick and needs to lie down. One of the worst service ever. Also, no toiletries and slippers provided. Only replied to my message in the app after 2days while we were already there waiting.

"Over all it was a nice stay"

Room are fit for families. Like that they have room where you can eat, reheat your foods and unlimited drinking water (hot&cold).

Parking is really tight

Me and my family had a good stay with this serviced residences. It's clean and quite place. The proximity to the Baguio city center is one of the factors that we like.
