Riad Cologne

Very clear and nice Riad in the Medina. Breakfast was delicious. Location is good, easy to find, 0-24 reception. Bed is comfortable, bathroom was also perfect. One of the staff members, Ali is an extremely excellent guy, he helped everything we asked.

Our room, nr. 9 was very noisy. It is located next to the kitchen and the stairs to the roof. Any time if other guests went up to the roof late night and when the staff worked in the kitchen early morning, it was impossible to sleep. This room cannot be used normally. An another staff member, I don't know his name, behaved unacceptably. We asked early breakfast due to daily trip which he reluctantly accepted the night before but he intentionally did not serve us next morning, therfore we couldn't eat normally. On the following morning he made heavy noises next to our room as a revengehe couldn't sleep enough the morning before. I never experienced such unpolite behaviour.

Great location- quiet but directly in the centre. Lovely rooftop for eating and relaxing. Make sure to have cash for the city tax

The breakfast had a variety of sweet and savoury, the front desk were very helpful and were happy to support with booking dinner and information around the local area/sites.

Muy bien ubicado, es bonito y limpio, camas confortables . Desayuno bastante bueno y el personal es muy amable.Excelente relación calidad precio

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff. Posizione ottima in zona tranquilla e silenziosa della medina. Vicino alla struttura ci sono ottimi ristoranti ed un hammam prima del riad.
