Riad Cologne

In questo Riad abbiamo trovato del personale super accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La colazione è eccezionale, la camera pulita, non enorme ma accogliente e con armadi in cui poter riporre tutte le cose. Il bagno grande e pulito. L'ultimo giorno dovevamo partire prestissimo per andare in aeroporto e lo staff si è premurato di farci trovare la colazione da portare con noi e di organizzarci un passaggio privato in aeroporto. Staff meraviglioso, ci siamo trovati benissimo con tutti!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, l'unica pecca è stata l'acqua calda per le docce, non durava tantissimo e bisognava aspettare un po' perché si riscaldasse nuovamente per fare la seconda doccia.

Todo en general estaba muy bien, muy buen trato por parte del personal.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - nicht weit von einem befahrbaren Parkplatz. Liegt ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Alles war sehr sauber.

Wie viele Riads auch hellhörig. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

We loved our stay! Very confortable and clean riad. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff, we specially enjoyed Ali's tips for our stay in Marrakech. The location is perfect, in the Medina. Would definitely repeat and recommend.

This stay was almost a 10/10 but for one thing: Sound proofing between rooms is not very good - which we think is normal for these type of buildings. Not the riad's fault, but other guests were very noisy in the corridors in the middle of the night/early hours of the morning, waking us up

First of all, the staff were amazing. Ali in particular was fantastic. He checked us in when we first arrived and he was so welcoming and explained everything clearly. He provided us with a physical map of Marrakech and also introduced us to an offline app version which was so helpful as there is no service in some parts of the souks. Ali also recommended some places that he thought we might like, he advised us where to and not to eat as I was worried about getting ill and also answered all my questions I had. There was another lovely lady staff member that was also so helpful and exchanged our large bills to small ones so I could buy jewelry in the Souks. As well as this, every other staff member that we encountered was so welcoming, when answering the door they always asked if we'd had a nice day and what we'd been up to. It gave the Riad a personal experience, it was a mix of like a hotel and also a house, the cleanliness of a hotel but also the warmth of a traditional Moroccan home. Breakfast at the Riad was also included in our stay. It was a Moroccan breakfast including things such as breads, freshly prepared fruit and yoghurt. It also came with fresh juice and unlimited hot drinks. The food was very tasty and the dining area was very clean. In regards to being accommodating, the staff even offered to prepare breakfast for us after the scheduled times. Breakfast is 8am - 11am and they were happy to wait until after serving time and even when we had our hot air balloon they were happy to provide breakfast to go! The location was great, the riad was located 30 seconds down a side street of the souks. It was great because once inside the Riad it was so quiet and peaceful, yet you walk just down the alleyway and you have the lively atmosphere of the souks. Everything was within a 15 minute walk and there was a car park about 1 minute away called Hamam Ziani which all ubers and transfers were familiar with and made it easy for everyone to find us.

Sehr freundlich. zentral, sehr hübsch und sensationell leckeres Frühstück.

Tutto. Posizione al centro della Medina ma in un vicolo leggermente appartato, il che consente di stare lontano dai rumori del suk. Entrando si avverte subito una tranquillità incredibile, profumo e musica tipica in filodiffusione. Stanza e bagno grandi e comodi (doccia super). Colazione eccezionale (vale un pranzo). Menzione speciale per lo staff: disponibilissimo ed estremamente cortese.

Suggerirei solo una mensola o un mobiletto in bagno per appoggiare il nécessaire da viaggio.
