"Holiday disaster due to poor management"

Location

Poor management not even bother to change room. Dirty toilet and cause flooded. Very bad clogged. Bilik air tersumbat sehingga banjir. very disgusted. After repair. Water still running slow out of it. Imagine you put your feet in it. Cannot even sleep there. Once check in on the same day check out. Waste of money. Very bad experience. Holiday disaster. First and last

The location is good.

The staffs were not well behaved and helpful. I think they need to be more professional and should learn how to deal with guests. In addition, the rooms are not good and the bathrooms are too small.
