Location, can walk into Little India and also walking distance to the various eateries. Ease access to Grab a ride Water pressure good, enjoyed my showers TV only local channels but not complaining, I access my own Netflix on tablet.

You are within the historical area of georgetown. 4 nights stay, it was almost calm but because the hotel was empty most of the time. Otherwise you can hear everyone talking, doors..

The door for the staff at the end of the corridor. They open and close it loudly every morning from 7am to about 7:30am. You are sure to be awake every morning even if the hotel is empty and even if you planned to sleep. We managed our sleep regarding this so it was ok but still annoying as its not from guests. Room Price was the higher we had for our 3weeks in malaysia even when we extend for 2 more nights. No effort made that's a shame.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Sadly the toilet ceiling was leaking, only one hanger available for clothes, the bath foam not filled up and the aircond remote has a weak battery.

Overall it was a great experience!
