"A lovely small hotel set in lush gardens."

Very welcoming staff. Location towards the edge of town means that it is a little quieter although there was some traffic noise in the morning. Wonderful, lush gardens with a small swimming pool and a traditional temazcal sauna. We enjoyed our dinner on the terrace.

It would be nice to have a small coffee machine in the room.

"Nice stay, yet some things could be improved"

Nice location and views, spacious room with a little balcony which was nice to use for drinks or dinner if needed. In fact we ordered room service one night and enjoyed it on the balcony. Worth saying the food (both breakfast and dinner) were delicious

The pool wasnt well maintained, it was dirty and we couldnt use it to swim. Also the hot water only worked 1 time throughout the stay which was tricky as Juayua is quite high in altitude and chill in the mornings and at night
