Very clean, easy to find

The bed is too soft, extremely small bathroom..

Very comfortable beds, lovely linen. The decor is very pretty, nicely designed and the ceiling fan was a welcome sight. Right next to the river, perfect for a long walk after a long drive.

I had underestimated the size of the room - for two adults, it was pretty cramped. My partner is tall (193cm) and hit is head a few times at the top of the steps :( The bathroom is narrow, but has everything you need.

Very clean, beautifully styled, appreciated the Lego and games for the kids, kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils for preparing a family dinner

The accommodation was too small at 3m x 4m. We were warned.

No TV or basic cooking facilities.

The position of the lounge made it hard to watch tv as it was at 90 degrees to the tv but not really an issue.

Great value for money, perfect for a short stay. Short drive to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Room was small, but well communicated so no surprises. Communal kitchen had everything you needed.

Few bugs around, hard to avoid given the nearby river. Bug spray was available. Front door could do with a blockout blind over the window.

Lovely upgrade to the premises with new owners. Comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings. The room is little but you do know that coming in.

It is loud and a sleep in is not an option, that largely because its an active place and people are up early to adventure. Walls in the studio are thin.
